Ricky’s BMW M3 in Urban LA
So last weekend I had a chance to shoot Ricky’s really aggressive BMW M3. It was a super clean car with some crazy under the hood tweaks and nice wheels to match. He wanted an urban setting so I found a nice location in downtown Los Angeles that reflected our vision of “urban”. I was so impressed with this place that I decided to take photos of my own after the shoot (that will be for another post though). But anyway here is the shoot which I shot with a borrowed Nikon D90. But more about that later… Here are the shots…

Hey, it’s a custom color (gold/bronze) with carbon fiber. it’s the Heavy Hitters HPF M3 which is pretty well know (cause of it’s speed) in the M3 community. I think you can find out more about it on the Mfest forums. Sorry I’m not helping much….

Great photos!!! You are an amazing photographer. I know what you mean about Monaco Blue - I have a Monaco Blue 335i E90 sedan and it always looks black or even a little “purplish” in photos depending on the lighting. I’m no professional though… it’s the best I get with my cheap cameras.
